Managing your subscription

Billing is managed from Dashboard then Billing. As the account owner you can view your current plan, trial status, renewal date, and access the Stripe billing portal to update payment details.

Plans at a glance

• Single Location ($149/mo) — 1 location, up to 30 staff. Onboarding, check-ins, reviews, AI DevCoach, skill tiers, and voice dictation. Need more than 30 staff? Add 10-staff packs for an additional fee.
• 2-4 Locations ($349/mo) — everything in Single Location plus cross-location visibility and reporting.
• 5-10 Locations ($599/mo) — everything in 2-4 Locations plus stronger oversight and scalable systems.
• Enterprise (custom quote) — for larger operations. Custom rollout, implementation support, and executive visibility. Contact support@thestaffdevapp.com.

Free trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial on any tier. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue.

Upgrading or changing your plan

From the Billing page, click View plans to go to the pricing page and select a new plan. If you are already on a paid plan, click Manage billing to access the Stripe portal where you can switch plans, update payment, or cancel.

Adding more locations

Each tier covers a location band. If you outgrow your band — for example, opening a 5th location while on the 2-4 Locations tier — we will send a reminder to upgrade or remove the extra location. We will never auto-charge or auto-upgrade you.
