Schedule: your check-in calendar

How the Schedule tab works, what shows up there, and how to use revisit reminders.

The Schedule tab is your forward-looking view of everything that needs to happen. It shows upcoming milestone check-ins, annual reviews, and any revisit commitments you made at the end of a check-in — all in date order.

What appears on the schedule

  • 30, 60, and 90-day milestone check-ins auto-scheduled from hire dates.
  • Annual check-ins scheduled on each staff member's hire anniversary.
  • Revisit reminders — set at the end of any check-in when you commit to a follow-up date.

Overdue items

Check-ins that have passed their scheduled date but have not been completed appear as overdue on the schedule. Address these as soon as possible — overdue milestones are a signal that someone may not be getting the development attention they need.

Delegating a check-in

As an owner or GM, you can delegate a scheduled milestone check-in to a manager. The check-in will appear on the manager's schedule instead. Delegation is useful when a manager is closer to a staff member's day-to-day work and better positioned to have the conversation.

Revisit commitments

When you complete a check-in and note a follow-up item — check back on training progress in two weeks, for example — set a revisit date. It appears on your schedule as a reminder. Tap it to open the original check-in for context before the follow-up conversation.
